公民身份视阈下国家认同的中国逻辑及建构路径

The chinese logic and construction path of national identity from the perspective of Citizenship

从公民身份出发建构国家认同是个体与国家的双重选择。对个体来说,现代国家认同是从其拥有的公民身份出发的;对国家而言,公民身份是其国家认同建构的重要内容。其中,公民身份作为一系列权利的集合被赋予和创设的过程是国家认同在政权系统层面的建构;公民身份作为一系列观念的集合被奉行和实践的过程是国家认同在价值信仰层面的建构。在公民身份视阈下,中国的国家认同建构逻辑体现为,在建构主体上遵循"党的领导与多元主体有机互动"相结合的逻辑;在实践过程上遵循"制度性赋权与公民性塑造"相结合的逻辑;在检视标准上遵循"权利均衡发展与公民观念深入"相结合的逻辑。依此逻辑理路,以公民身份权利制度化为根本,以公民教育为基础是中国国家认同的建构路径。

From the citizenship to build national identity is the individual and the country＇s dual choice.For the individual, the modern state identity is from its citizenship;For the country, citizenship is an important part of their national identity construction.Among them, the process of conferring and creating that the citizenship as a collection of rights is the construction of the national identity at the system level of the regime;the process of pursuing and practicing that the citizenship as a collection of ideas is the construction of the national identity at the level of the value faith.In the context of citizenship,the construction logic of China＇s national identity is that ,the construction of the main body follows the ＂Party leadership and multiple subjects organic interaction＂ combination, the course of practice follows the ＂institutional empowerment and civic shaping＂ combination,view criteria follows the ＂balanced development of rights and civic concept in-depth＂ combination.In this logical way,the path of China＇s national identity is the institutionalization of citizenship rights as a fundamental and the civic education as a basis.
