摘要
在教育现代化进程中,发达国家和地区的成功经验或发展状态对于后发国家和地区而言可能是陷阱。这取决于后者对自身文明和他者文明把握的深刻程度。在文明交流背景下,教育现代化过程存在"压力-追赶型"和"从容-自主型"两种范式。在"压力-追赶型"范式中,中国教育现代化面临诸多陷阱和挑战。为了跨越陷阱,迎接挑战,要实现教育现代化的范式转换,并树立全面教育现代化的观念:以教育条件的现代化为基础,以教育体制的现代化为关键,以教育主体的现代化和教育生态的现代化为目标和宗旨,推进教育现代化进程。
During the process of accomplishing education modernization,the successful experiences or excellent performance of the developed countries or districts can be possibly traps for the late developing countries or districts.It depends on the latter's understanding of self civilization and other civilization.Under the background of the cultures' exchanges,there are two paradigms of accomplishing education modernization.One is 'pressure-catching up',while the other is ' unhurriedself-autonomy'.In the 'pressure-catching up' paradigm of educational modernization,China is confronted with several traps and challenges.To transcend the traps and respond to challenges,China needs a complete paradigm shift,from the 'pressure-catching up' to the ' unhurried-self-autonomy'.Further,China needs to build an all-round concept of educational modernization,which is 'to advance education modernization,China needs to put the modernization of education resources as the basis,the modernization of education system as a key,and the modernization of education subject and education ecology as the aim'.
