艾迪注射液联合多西他赛腹腔灌注对老年癌性腹腔积液患者免疫功能的影响

Study on the effect about immunity of old folks using intraperitontal chemotherapy with docetaxel plus aidi injection

目的:观察艾迪注射液联合多西他赛腹腔内灌注治疗老年癌性腹腔积液的临床疗效及其对细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:选择2010年5月—2014年5月癌性腹腔积液老年患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组为艾迪注射液联合多西他赛腹腔内灌注,对照组为多西他赛腹腔灌注,观察两组临床疗效、不良反应以及生活质量的改善;采用流式细胞术检测外周血T细胞亚群和自然杀伤细胞(NK)值。结果:观察组腹腔积液消退有效率明显优于对照组(P=0.021),不良反应低于对照组(P=0.043),差异有统计学意义;观察组外周血中T淋巴细胞治疗后明显上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组多西他赛灌注中T淋巴细胞治疗前后无明显变化(P>0.05);观察组生存时间明显长于对照组(P=0.016)。结论:艾迪注射液联合多西他赛腹腔灌注可有效控制癌性腹腔积液,提高老年患者免疫功能和生存时间,同时毒副作用明显减少。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction and immunity of malignant ascites of old folks using intraperitontal chemotherapy with docetaxel plus aidi injection. Methods： To collect 80 patients diagnosed with malignant cancer belly water from May 2010 to May 2014,we randomly divided into two groups： therapeutic group and control group. The patients in therapeutic group were treated with docetaxel plus aidi injection,while the patients in control group were treated with docetaxel. To compare the clinical effects and the levels of T cells subset and NK cell tested by flow cytometry of two groups. Results： The treatment group were significantly higer reducing belly water in patients treated with docetaxel plus aidi injection compared with that in controls（ P = 0. 021）,And adverse reaction of the patients treated with docetaxel plus aidi injection is less than the controls（ P = 0. 043）; T lymphcytes proliferation were signicantly increase in the treatment group after treatment,but there was no sigmificantly change in the controls,the treatment group lived longer than those of the control（ P =0. 016）. Conclusion： The docetaxel in plus the aidi injection treatment can control the cancer belly water effectively,improve the quality of life of old folks,and alleviate the poison side effect of the chemotherapy medicine,which can be served as a highly effective safe and convenient procedure in clinical oncology.
