摘要
目的:研究尿道下裂术后患者应用毫米波局部照射阴茎伤口护理的临床效果。方法:选择2011年6月—2015年12月尿道下裂患者,随机分为两组,术后第3天拆除阴茎包扎敷料后,对照组120例给予常规护理;观察组146例,在常规护理的基础上,加用毫米波照射阴茎创面,把探头置于阴茎伤口,距皮肤0.5~1 cm辐射治疗,每日2次,每次30 min,间隔6 h。比较两组阴茎创面愈合时间、水肿消退情况及疼痛缓解情况。两组患者术后均用头孢美唑100 mg/kg,静脉点滴,每日2次,连用5 d预防感染。结果:观察组手术创面愈合时间为(6.85±1.23)d,对照组为(10.01±1.52)d;观察组术后疼痛持续时间(3.89±0.22)d,对照组(6.68±0.85)d;观察组阴茎水肿时间(7.65±0.29)d,对照组(15.11±2.71)d。两组伤口愈合时间、疼痛持续时间以及阴茎水肿时间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用毫米波局部照射阴茎伤口,可有效促进尿道下裂术后阴茎创面局部血液循环,有助于阴茎水肿消退,促进创面修复,缓解术后创面的疼痛,减少尿瘘的发生,提高手术成功率,减少患儿的痛苦。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic efficacy of millimeter wave used to treat hypospadias postoperative wound. Methods: All 266 cases of hypospadias were randomly divided into two group. 146 cases forming an experimental group received local treatment with millimeter wave after usual postoperative wound care. 120 cases as control were just received usual postoperative wound care,when the dressing was removed. We compared two groups in terms of wound healing,edema and pain. Both used Cefmetazole to prevent postoperative infection for 5 days. Results: In the experimental group the wound healing time,pain time and edema time were less than that of the control group. Both indexes showed significant differences between the two group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: The wound healing time,pain time and edema time were all shorter by using millimeter wave. As a therapeutic method to treat hypospadias postoperative wound,millimeter wave is effective.
