摘要
目的探讨和分析经皮加压空心螺钉内固定在踝关节骨折治疗中的效果。方法选取2013年1月至2015年12月期间在我院接受临床治疗的100例踝关节骨折患者作为研究对象。根据随机数字表法将研究对象分为两组,每组各50例患者。对照组患者进行传统的切开复位内固定治疗,研究组患者进行经皮加压空心螺钉内固定治疗,对比两组患者的效果。结果研究组患者的治疗优良率(88.00%)与对照组患者(64.00%)相比较,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组患者的术中出血量、手术时间、骨折愈合时间分别为(9.83±3.01)ml、(42.04±9.21)min、(72.03±15.02)d,与对照组患者的(47.89±11.74)ml、(60.09±14.83)min、(97.58±20.36)d相比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对踝关节骨折患者实施经皮加压空心螺钉内固定治疗的效果较好,可减少患者的术中出血量和手术时间,促使患者的骨折尽快愈合。
Objective To study and analyze the effect of percutaneous compression hollow screw fixation in the treatment of ankle fractures. Methods During January 2013 and December 2015,100 cases of patients suffered ankle fracture and got treatment in our hospital during were chose as the research objects,according to random number table method they were divided into two groups,each group included 50 patients. The patients in control group were treated with traditional open reduction and internal fixation. However,the patients in study group were treated with percutaneous compression hollow screws internal fixation. The effects of two groups of patients were analyzed. Results The good and excellent rate of the treatment in study group was(88. 00%)significantly higher than that of control group(64.00%),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P〈0.05). The intraoperative blood loss,operative time,fracture healing time(9.83±3.01) ml,(42.04±9.21) min and(72.03±15.02) d respectively,and those were the control group(47.89±11.74) ml,(60.09±14.83) min and(97. 58 ± 20. 36) d in the control group,differences between the two group were statistically significant(P〈 0. 05). Conclusions For patients with ankle fractures, the effect of implementation of percutaneous compression hollow screw internal fixation is good,it can reduce the intraoperative blood loss and operation time,prompted healing as soon as possible.
