摘要
新型大尺寸整流罩的外径已达到4.2 m,传统的铁路运输方式无法满足运输要求。本文设计了一种由特制整流罩包装箱和改进性落下孔车相结合的新型运输方式。在满足铁路限界的前提下,首先对包装箱的加固方式进行设计,并对加固载荷进行计算;然后,介绍了对落下孔车的改进内容和满载车辆的动力学试验结果。实际应用结果表明:该方案能较好地满足新型整流罩的运输要求。为后续更大尺寸整流罩和其他航天产品的铁路运输方式提供了新思路,具有重要的指导意义。
Considering that the traditional rail transportation cannot be used to transport new large fairings with an external diameter up to 4.2 m, the paper proposes a new transportation mode that combines the packing box special for fairing and an optimized well-hole car. On the premise of meeting railway clearance, the paper first studies how to reinforce the packing box and presents calculations of reinforcing loads. Then it introduces how the well-hole car is improved and puts forward dynamic test results of fully-loaded vehicles. According to actual application results, the scheme is a better solution to transport the new fairing. The paper provides a new clue for rail transportation of larger fairings and other aerospace products in the future.
