摘要
基于多点力矩平衡原理及ADAMS动力学分析结果,对单梁四吊索吊具起吊时各点受力均匀性的影响因素进行分析,得到了吊具零件配合自由度、吊索长度偏差及被吊产品质心偏差对各吊点受力偏差的影响结果,并通过试验进行了验证。单梁四吊索吊具在各类产品的吊装中广泛采用,吊点的受力偏差存在时可能影响产品的吊装安全,文中的分析结果可为此类吊具的设计提供参考。
Factors influencing the stress uniformity at each lifting point of the single-beam four-rope sling are analyzed based on the principle of multi-point torque balance and ADAMS dynamic analysis results, which arrives at the consequences of stress deviation at each lifting point due to coordination freedom of parts of sling, length deviation of ropes and mass eccentricity of hoisted product. Further, the results are verified through tests. Considering that the single-beam four-rope sling is widely used for hoisting various products, and stress deviation at lifting points may pose danger to product hoisting, the analysis result in the paper can be useful for designing such sling.
