摘要
分析了美国ANSI/ASME NOG-1以及NUREG-0554标准所规定的核电站专用起重机重要性分类方法,以及满足单一故障保护原则的起升机构布置形式、制动器选择、钢丝绳缠绕系统、两滑轮组相碰撞防护及安全相关元件的特殊要求等,为起重机设计人员和国内相关标准的制定提供参考。
The paper analyzes important classification method of crane used in nuclear power plants specified by American standards ANSI/ASME NOG - 1 and NUREG - 0554, and the layout of hoisting mechanisms, brake selection, wire rope winding system, collision protection of two pulley sets, and special requirements on safety-related components, that meet the principle of single failure protection, which can provide reference for designing cranes and developing related standard in China.
