摘要 制动器作为机械设备的安全部件,在工业发展中得到了广泛的应用。随着应用增多,对制动各方面的性能要求也在不断提高。在满足轻量化的同时又要保证产品的性能与可靠性,就要求对制动器磁路重新设计,摩擦片的性能不断提高,才能满足制动器高速响应和持久的使用寿命的基本要求。 Brake, a safety component of mechanical equipment, has been widely used with the development of the industry. As it has been increasingly applied, there are growing demands for its performances, i.e., ensuring light weighting without impairing its performances and reliability. To this end, the magnetic circuit must be redesigned, and the friction plate must be upgraded to meet the basic requirements of high-speed response and long service life.
