摘要 MicroRNA(miRNA)是一类内源性高度保守的单链小分子非编码RNA,在细胞生长、增殖、代谢、凋亡等生物学过程中发挥重要作用。大量miRNA的异常表达与哮喘相关,一些miRNA参与了哮喘的气道炎症反应,分别发挥着促炎作用或抗炎作用,还有一些miRNA参与了哮喘的气道重塑进程。本文主要就miRNA在支气管哮喘的气道炎症反应及气道重塑两方面的研究进行综述。 MicroRNA(miRNA)is a class of endogenous and small molecule noncoding single-strandedRNAs, plays important roles in the biological processes of cell growth, cell proliferation, metabolism, apoptosis and so on. Some miRNAs were found to express abnormally in asthma, some involved in the airway inflammatory response of asthma playing a proinflammatory or anti-inflammatory roles, and some miRNAs were involved in the airway remodeling process of asthma. This review focuses on the two aspects of miRNA in airway inflammation and airway remodeling in asthma.
