摘要
研究了一种新型生物基胶乳取代一定比例的丁苯胶乳应用于灰底白纸板涂料,分析其对涂料指标、纸机运行性以及涂布纸成纸指标的影响。结果显示:生物基胶乳可以等量替代丁苯胶乳.替代比例可以达到质量分数30%--35%,涂料的流变性、保水性良好,纸机上运行性良好:生物基胶乳替代质量分数30%~35%丁苯胶乳后的成纸物理性能良好,成纸的表面强度、印刷干强和湿强、成纸耐湿摩擦性能、表面抗水性能以及其他印刷性能等指标优良:生物基胶乳在实验室的应用评估数据对其在客户纸机上的应用具有指导意义。
A new type biology based latex was used to replace a certain proportion of styrene-butadiene latex applied to the grey-white paperboard coatings, and its influence on the coating index, the running ability of the paper machine and the paper index was analyzed. The results showed that the biology based latex can substitute styrene-butadiene latex by the same weight. The water retention and rheologieal properties of the coatings as well as the running ability of paper machine are all good when the mass fraction of biology based latex reached 30% to 35%. Meanwhile, the physical performance and the surface strength of the paper, the dry and wet strength of printing, the wet friction resistance of the paper, the surface water resistance, and other printing performances were also pretty good when the ratio of biology based latex reached 30% to 35%. The application evaluation data of bio-based latex in the laboratory is of guiding significance to the application of the products on the customer's paper machine.
