高校图书馆特色文献资源建设与共享发展的保障机制研究

Research on the Security Mechanism of the Construction and Sharing of the Specral Resources of University Libraries

通过对我国高校图书馆特色文献资源发展状况的梳理和分析,总结归纳不同发展阶段的特点,针对发展中存在的机制性障碍问题,提出需要在国家层面建立法律与政策机制、决策与管理机制等,通过完善的保障机制体系,促进高校特色文献资源建设与共享的可持续发展。

By reviewing and analyzing the current development of special collections of university libraries, the paper summarizes the characteristics of them at different development stages. And in view of the institutional barriers in the process of development,it proposes that it is necessary to establish the legal and policy mechanism,and the decisionmaking and management mechanism at the national level, which can promote the sustainable development of the construction and sharing of special resources.
