摘要
目的:应用CBCT研究中老年人下颌第一磨牙髓室高度与年龄的相关性,为临床精准治疗提供参考依据。方法:选取本中心影像科资料库中210例(男、女各半)CBCT影像,按照年龄分3组(A:45-54岁、B:55-64岁、C:65-74岁);采用Galileo CBCT扫描及配套软件处理获取下颌第一磨牙影像,测量牙齿中轴线上髓室高度,计算与其对应的个体年龄,进行统计学分析。结果:不同年龄组中老年人下颌第一恒磨牙髓室中轴线上髓室高度:A组男性0.71±0.43mm,女性0.74±0.37mm;B组男性0.61±0.32mm,女性0.42±0.21mm;C组男性0.39±0.25mm,女性0.38±0.30mm;95.24%髓室高度在0-1.5mm之间,B组性别组间有统计学差异(P<0.05)其余各组性别组间均无统计学差异(P>0.05),年龄组间有明显统计学差异(P<0.05);随年龄增长,髓室高度减小,与年龄相关性有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:汉族中老年人下颌第一磨牙牙长轴线上髓室高度随年龄增长而减小,与年龄的相关性有统计学意义,性别间无明显差异。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between pulp chamber height of mandibular first molar with age in middle-aged and elderly people using cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT), provide reference for clinical accurate treatment. Methods: A total of 210 CBCT images in middle aged and elderly people were chosen and divided into 3 age groups as follows: A: 45-54 years old, B: 55-64 years old, C: 65-74 years old which included 105 males and 105 females. alileo CBCT scanning and matching software were used to obtain the mandibular first molar image. The height of the medullary cavity in the axial axis was measured and the corresponding individual age was calculated and statistically analyzed. Results: On long axis, the height of pulp chamber in group A was 0.71+0.43 mm in males and 0.74±0.37 mm in females; In group B was 0.61±0.32mm in males and 0.42± 0.21 mm in females, and In group C was 0.39± 0.25mm in males and 0.38± 0.30 mm in females. 95.24% pulp chamber height were between 0-1.5 ram. and there was no statistical difference between males and females (P〈0.05) in addition to group B(P〈0.05). With aging, the height of pulp chamber was dcreased; there were negative correlations between the height and age (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The pulp chamber height of mandibular first permanent molar pulp on long axis in middle-aged and elderly people is related to age. It was statistically significant correlation with age but there is no statistical difference between males and females.
