摘要
骨质疏松症是一种由骨量减少、骨骼微细结构发生破坏所导致骨骼脆弱而易骨折的系统性疾病。常用的治疗方式包括口服或注射双膦酸盐、甲状旁腺素等。由于骨质疏松症的特殊局部环境,导致常用给药方式存在用药频率高、用量大、毒副作用相对较强的缺点。因此如何将药物靶向输送到骨表面甚至靶细胞,是研发新药的重点。骨靶向药物递送系统能够将药物靶向递送至骨或骨特异性细胞,降低给药剂量,减少全身毒性。本文对目前骨靶向药物递送系统及其研究进展作一综述。
Osteoporosis(OP) is a systemic bone metabolism disorder with damage of microstructures and high risks of fracture. Drugs for OP treatment, including biphosphonate and injection of PTH, may cause severe side effect due to lacking of bone specific ability. The main idea of devoleping new drugs for osteoporosis is to deliver drugs to bone or target cells specificly. Bone targeting delivery system could reduce side effect by selectively delivering drugs to bone or bone specific cells. This article is intended to summarize the development of bone targeting drug delivery sysytem.
