城市机动车尾气排放管理方案探析

Analysis on the Management Scheme of Urban Motor Vehicle Exhaust Emission

随着机动车保有量的增加,机动车尾气污染日渐凸显,对城市环境空气质量带来巨大压力,需要出台行之有效的措施来降低或减少机动车尾气排放带来的危害。机动车尾气排放管理方案的制定要结合"车、油、路"等多个角度考虑,防、治结合,才能有效减少城市机动车尾气排放。

Motor vehicle exhaust pollution is becoming more and more prominent with the increase of motor vehicle holdings,which brings great pressure on urban ambient air quality,some effective measures is needed to reduce or decrease the harm caused by motor vehicle emissions. The management plan＇s development of motor vehicle exhaust emission should be combined with ＂ the car,the oil and the road＂ and considered from multiple perspectives,so as to effectively reduce the emission of urban motor vehicle exhaust.
