摘要
2015年7月21日,北京召开"一带一路"建设推进工作会议,会上指出,近期的工作重点是建设新欧亚大陆桥、中蒙俄、中国—中亚—西亚、中巴、孟中印缅、中国—中南半岛等六条经济走廊,旨在促进"一带一路"倡议的落地实施,并争取取得积极的效果。这其中,中蒙俄经济走廊的建设最具实施的可行性,也会产生重要的影响,为此建议,从中蒙跨境产能合作入手,积极推进中蒙俄经济走廊建设,为其他走廊的发展树立样板。
On July 21, 2015, during the meeting of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on promoting the construction of "the Belt and Road Initiative", put forward the key construction of six economic corridors, such as the New Eurasian Continental Bridge, China-Mongolia-Russian, China-Central Asia-West Asia, China-Pakistan, Bangladesh-China-lndia-Myanmar, China-IndoChina Peninsula, aimed at promoting the real implementation of "the Belt and Road Initiative", and have a positive effect. Among these economic corridor constructions, China-Mongolia-Russian Economic Corridor has the most feasibility of implementation and also has an important role, therefore we suggested that starting from China-Mongolia-Russian Cross-border Capacity Cooperation, promoting the construction of China-Mongolia-Russian Economic Corridor, set up a model for the development of other corridors.
