摘要
理想的城市群是一个在人口、经济、社会、文化和整体结构上具有合理层级体系,在空间边界、资源配置、产业分工、人文交流等方面具有功能互补和良好协调机制的城市共同体。目前中国东部沿海发育较为成熟的城市群主要有京津冀、长三角、珠三角及山东半岛城市群等,但从总体上看,东部四大城市群尚未形成合理的城市层级和分工体系,与世界各大城市群相比,缺乏明确的战略定位和重点方向。从《长江三角洲城市群发展规划》视角出发,运用ARCGIS10.2、SPSS软件,用因子分析法和系统聚类研究长三角城市群的层级性,得出长三角城市群中上海处于第一层级;苏州、杭州、南京、宁波、无锡处于第二层级;第三层级为滁州、安庆、铜陵、池州、马鞍山、宣城、芜湖;第四层级为舟山、镇江、常州、合肥、盐城、南通、台州、湖州、泰州、绍兴、金华、嘉兴、扬州,并对比《长江三角洲城市群发展规划》前的城市群层级性,通过与规划前城市群层级性的对比,更能清晰地分析问题。
The ideal city group is one of the population, economy, society, culture and the whole structure has reasonable hierarchy in space, boundary, resource allocation, industrial division, have complementary function and good coordination mechanism of cultural exchanges and other city community. At present, China's eastern coastal development mature city group mainly in Beijing Tianjin Hebei, the Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta and Shandong peninsula city group, but on the whole, the four big City Eastern Group has not yet formed a reasonable city hierarchy and division system, compared with the world each big city, the lack of a clear strategic positioning and focus direction. This paper from the Yangtze River Delta city group plan perspective, using ARCGIS 10.2, SPSS software, using hierarchical cluster analysis and factor analysis to study the hierarchical properties of Yangtze River Delta city group. That the Yangtze River Delta city group in Shanghai in the first level, Suzhou, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Ningbo, in Wuxi The second level, third level to Chuzhou, Anqing, Tongling, Chizhou, Ma On Shan, Xuancheng, Wuhu; the fourth level to Zhoushan, Zhenjiang, Changzhou, Hefei, Yancheng, Nantong, Taizhou, Huzhou, Taizhou, Shaoxing, Jinhua, Jiaxing, Yangzhou. And contrast Yangtze River Delta city group planning outline city group level, through the planning of the urban agglomeration level before and after contrast, more clear analysis of the problem.
