团体表达性艺术治疗对护士职业倦怠干预效果的应用

The Effect of Group Expressive Art Therapy on Nurse's Professional Burnout

目的:探讨团体表达性艺术治疗对重症监护病房(ICU)护士团队职业倦怠的干预效果。方法:应用团体表达性艺术治疗对ICU护士团队进行干预;采用前后对比评估ICU护士职业倦怠水平;应用SPSS17.0对数据进行统计分析。结果:干预前41名ICU护士中,20人存在中重度职业倦怠感,干预后下降为8人,效果显著(Z=-3.034,P<0.01);干预前情感耗竭、工作冷漠感两个因子达到临界值的人数分别为21、25,干预后人数分别降为11、15(χ~2=5.125,P<0.05;χ~2=4.881,P<0.05);干预后职业倦怠中的情感耗竭与工作冷漠感得分较干预前明显降低(t=3.088,P<0.01;t=2.183,P<0.05)。结论:表达性艺术治疗用于ICU护士团体咨询,可有效降低团队中中重度职业倦怠感的人数,可以有效降低个人情感耗竭及工作冷漠感的体验,从而降低职业倦怠感,提高医疗护理质量、保障患者生命安全。

Objective：To explore the effect of group expressive art therapy on professional burnout of ICU nurses.Methods：The ICU nurses team was intervened by the group expressive art therapy,and the professional burnout of ICU nurses was assessed before and after comparison.The data were statistically analyzed by Spss 17.0.Results：After the intervention,in the total of 41 ICU nurses,the number of moderate to severe professional burnout decreased from 20 to 8,the intervention effect was significant（Z=-3.034,P〈0.01）,the number of people who reached the critical value of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization was decreased from 21 to 11 and from 25 to 15,respectively（χ~2=5.125,4.881;P〈0.05）;The scores of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization in professional burnout were significantly lower than those before intertvention（t=3.088,2.183;P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The expression of art therapy for nurses in ICU group counseling can effectively reduce the number of teams in severe professional burnout,can effectively reduce the personal sense of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization,can also effectively improve the sense of personal accomplishment,and then improve medical quality,ensure safety of patients.
