摘要
为了从污染样本中分离猪丹毒丝菌,使用叠氮钠血琼脂作为其选择性培养基进行该病原分离培养,同时对比阳性菌株在哥伦比亚(Columbia)血琼脂上的生长特性来评估叠氮钠血琼脂的适用性。结果显示:271份样本中猪丹毒丝菌的分离率为61.62%,除链球菌、葡萄球菌及念珠菌外,其他细菌的生长得到了很好的抑制;通过与Columbia血琼脂的比较发现,菌株在叠氮钠血琼脂上生长具有菌落小、溶血环大的特性,易于辨认。研究表明,叠氮钠血琼脂适合猪丹毒丝菌生长,并具有较强的选择性及特殊的培养特征,可应用于临床。
In order to isolate Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae from the contaminated samples,azide blood agar was used as a selective medium for this bacterial isolation in the study. Growth characteristics of E. rhusiopathiae on azide blood agar and columbia blood agar were compared to evaluate whether the azide blood agar could be used in the isolation of E. rhusiopathiae. The result showed that the isolation rate of E. rhusiopathiae was 61. 62%( 167/271),and most bacterial species could be inhibited on the plates except for streptococcus,staphylococcus and candida. Compared to columbia blood agar,E. rhusiopathiae colonies were smaller and its hemolysis was stronger on azide blood agar. It suggests that azide blood agar is suitable for E. rhusiopathiae growth,and can be used as a selective medium for isolation of this bacterium.
