Taking Cuigang People＇s Hospital of Cuangxi Province as an example,the paper introduces the implementation background of cloud computing and the operation status of Hospital Information System（HIS） on the desktop cloud,points out the problems of the application of cloud computing in the hospital environment and provides solution ideas,states the process of virtual environment system management,provides valuable reference for hospitals.
