网民对高血压类信息的关注情况分析

Analysis on situation of online attention for hypertension information among netizens

目的了解我国网民对高血压信息的关注情况,为开展相应的健康教育提供依据。方法利用"今日头条"算数中心提供的2015年10月1日—2016年9月30日期间用户在"今日头条"客户端和头条网的阅读行为记录数据,就网民对高血压信息的关注情况进行分析。结果 18岁以下、18~30岁、31~40岁、41~50岁和50岁以上年龄段的网民对高血压信息的关注率分别为0.9%、5.7%、6.2%、18.3%和14.2%,其中41~50岁年龄组对高血压信息最为关注。男性和女性对高血压信息的关注比例分别为3.6%和5.1%。关注高血压信息前5位的省(区、市)为天津、新疆、吉林、江苏、黑龙江,关注高血压用户的兴趣关键词前3位为营养、疾病、药物;最受关注的蔬菜和水果分别为姜和桃。结论我国网民对高血压信息关注明显,北方地区关注度较高,与我国高血压患病率北方高于南方的趋势相一致。网民已经意识到营养在疾病防治中的重要性,对营养相关知识需求强烈,建议有关部门进一步加强通过网络平台开展健康教育的工作力度,加大对网络平台大数据研究的投入,增强开展网络健康教育工作的针对性。

Objective To learn the online concerns of hypertension information, andprovide scientific evidence for improving corresponding health education interventions. Methods The users＇ reading behavior recorded in Toutiao client and Toutiao network were provided by data center of Today＇ s Headlines, and the datafrom October 1st 2015 to September 30th 2016 were used to analyze online attention situation for hypertension information among netizens. Results The atten- tion rates of groups aged under 18 years, 18 -30 years, 31 -40 years, 41 -50 years and above 50 years on hypertension information were 0. 9% , 5.7% , 6. 2% , 18. 3% and 14. 2% respectively. In men and women, the rates were 3.6% and 5. 1% respectively. The top five provinces and cities concerned with hypertension information were Tianjin, Xinjiang, Jilin, Jiangsu and Heilongjiang. The top three most concerned keywords were disease, nutrition and drug. The most concerned vegetable and fruit were ginger and peach respectively. Conclusion The attention on hypertension information was evident in our country. The netizen in northern provinces were concerned more about hypertension information, consistent with the trend that the prevalence of hypertension in north of China was higher than in South. Netizens had realized the importance of nutrition in illness management and are eager for related information. It isrecommended that the relevant departments should strengthen health education on network platform and strengthen the research of large-data on the network platform in order to enhance the pertinence of network health education.
