针刀联合推拿与牵引联合推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效对比

Comparison of clinical efficacy between acupotomy combined with massage and traction therapy combined with massage for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy

目的比较针刀联合推拿与牵引联合推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果。方法将90例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各45例,两组均给予相同的手法推拿治疗,对照组在推拿基础上行牵引治疗,观察组则联合针刀治疗。比较两组疗效及症状体征改善情况。结果观察组疗效显愈率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组疼痛及麻木视觉模拟评分、颈椎活动度评分均低于治疗前,20分法量表评分均高于治疗前,且观察组各项评分均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论与常规的牵引联合推拿疗法相比,针刀联合推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效更好,能更有效缓解患者肩颈部的疼痛、麻木感,并增加患者颈椎活动度。

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy between acupotomy combined with massage and traction therapy combined with massage for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods A total of 90 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into observation group and control group ,with 45 cases in each group. Massage therapy was performed in both groups. On the basis of massage therapy, traction therapy and acupotomy were conducted in the control group and observation group respectively. The efficacy and improvement of symptoms and signs were compared between the two groups. Results The cure and excellence rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the Visual Analogue Scale （VAS） scores （ pain and numbness） and the scores for range of motion of the cervical spine were lower but the scores of 20 Points Scale were higher in both groups compared to the scores before treatment （P 〈 0.05 ）. And the score of each indicator in the observation group was superior to that in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Compared with the conventional traction therapy combined with massage, acupotomy combined with massage obtains a better efficacy, can relieve the pain and numbness of the shoulder and neck more effectively, and can increase the range of motion of the cervical spine.
