空气滤清器滤芯的进气顺畅性及稳健性试验技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 基于台架试验提出了一套完整的空气滤清器滤芯测试方法和评价标准,并将该试验规范应用于某车型进气系统。局部堵塞试验中,当空滤有效面积减小1/3时,顺畅性影响不明显,背压最大增量约为1 k Pa,5区最易引起稳健性的下降;整体加灰试验中,加灰量分别为50 g、100 g、150 g、200 g,进气顺畅性及稳健性的恶化状况与加灰量成正比,且该空滤的容灰极限在100 g。 A complete set of testing procedure and evaluating standard of air filter element was proposed based on bench test, and this procedure was applied to intake system of a car. In the local plugging test, when the effective area of air filter is reduced by one third, the smoothness is affected slightly and the highest increase of back pressure is 1 kPa, and the 5th area most easily causes a decline of robustness. The deterioration of smoothness and robustness are in direct proportion to the quantity of dust in overall dust filling test (50 g, 100 g, 150 g, 200 g dust). The limit of dust filling for this air filter is 100 g.
