摘要
目的探究孕期营养指导及体重控制对孕妇分娩方式及妊娠结局的影响。方法选择2014年2月至2016年4月在我院接受产前检查并选择在我院分娩的孕妇80例,根据随机数表法分为两组,每组各40例。对照组实施常规的产前护理模式,观察组在常规产前护理模式上给予患者孕期营养指导及体重控制,并于孕妇分娩后比较两组分娩方式及妊娠结局。结果观察组孕妇的自然分娩率高于对照组,妊娠期糖尿病、低出生体重儿及巨大儿等的发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组妊娠期高血压疾病的发生率略低于对照组,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论实施孕期营养指导及体重控制可以改善孕妇妊娠结局,提高自然分娩率,降低妊娠期并发症的发生率。
Objective To explore the effects of nutrition guidance and weight control during pregnancy on the delivery mode andpregnancy outcome of pregnant women. Methods 80 cases of pregnant women in our hospital for prenatal examination and deliveryfrom February 2014 to April 2016 were randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. Patients in the control groupreceived routine prenatal care model, while those in the observation group received pregnancy nutrition guidance and weight control onthe basis of routine prenatal care model. The delivery mode and pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups after deliv-ery. Results The natural childbirth rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, gestational diabetes, lowbirth weight and macrosomia incidence rate were lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P〈0. 05 ) , the incidence rate of hypertension of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was not sta-tistically significant ( P〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion The implementation of pregnancy nutrition guidance and weight control can improvepregnancy outcome, enhance natural delivery rate and reduce the incidence of complications during pregnancy.
