自我效能对消化性溃疡患者生活质量的影响

Influence of Self Efficacy on Quality of Life in Patients with Peptic Ulcer

目的调查消化性溃疡患者的生活质量、自我效能的状况,分析自我效能对消化性溃疡患者生活质量的影响。方法应用一般资料问卷、健康状况问卷、一般自我效能感问卷调查消化性溃疡患者的一般资料、生活质量、自我效能。结果消化性溃疡患者生活质量低于正常人群,自我效能处于较低水平。结论消化性溃疡患者生活质量差,自我效能水平低,生活质量和自我效能之间存在一定程度的关联,因此可以通过提高患者自我效能,指导患者采用更积极的态度面对疾病,从而改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the quality of life and self-efficacy in patients with peptic ulcer, and to analyze the effect of self-efficacy on the quality of life in patients with peptic ulcer. Methods The general information, quality of life and self-efficacy in patients with peptic ulcer were investigated with general data questionnaire, health status questionnaire and general self-efficacy questionnaire. Results The quality of life of patients with peptic ulcer was lower than that of the normal group, and the self-efficacy was lower than that of the normal group. Conclusion Patients with peptic ulcer lived with low quality as well as with low self-effica- cy. There was a certain degree of association between quality of life and self-efficacy. Therefore, we can improve the patient＇s self ef- ficacy and guide patients to adopt a more positive attitude to diseases, thereby imorovin~ patients＇ uualitv of life.
