综合护理对微创脑出血手术患者术后康复及生活质量的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on Postoperative Rehabilitation and Quality of Life in Patients with Minimally Invasive Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的探讨综合护理对微创脑出血手术患者术后康复效果及生活质量的影响。方法选择于2014年1月至2015年12月在我院进行微创治疗的脑出血的患者60例,根据护理方式的不同分为观察组和对照组,对照组接受常规护理方案,观察组接受综合护理方案,对比护理后两组患者康复效果及生活质量情况。结果观察组康复效果总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为70.0%,组间差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的生活质量(包括行动能力、手功能、日常生活能力等)明显优于对照组患者,组间差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理能够提高微创脑出血患者术后康复效果,改善生活质量,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing on postoperative rehabilitation and quality of life in pa-tients with minimally invasive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 60 cases with minimally invasive treatment of cerebral hemorrhage pa-tients from January 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital were selected and divided into the observation group and the control groupaccording to the different nursing methods. Patients in the control group received routine nursing care, while those in the observationgroup received comprehensive nursing care plan. Rehabilitation effect and the quality of life of two groups were compared after two dif-ferent kinds of nursing. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3% , while that of the control group was70. 0%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The quality of life （ including the ability of ac-tion, hand function, daily living ability, etc. ） in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, andthe difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can improve the rehabilitation effect andthe quality of life of patients with minimally invasive cerebral hemorrhage, which is worthy of popularization and application.
