临床病人常会发生多种代谢紊乱,特别是钾、钠、磷的代谢异常比较常见。病人出现了低磷血症,呼吸系统、心功能、肌肉神经功能等都会受到损伤,影响病人的预后。越来越多的研究表明低磷血症与多数临床疾病关系密切,本文结合最新研究文献阐述低磷血症与相关疾病的关联性及研究进展,有助于临床医师更好地认识和了解低磷血症,减轻低磷血症对病人造成的影响。

Clinical patients often have a variety of metabolic disorders, especially potassium, sodium, phosphorus metabolic ab-normalities. For patients with hypophosphatemia, the respiratory system, cardiac function and muscular nerve function will be dam-aged, which can affect the prognosis of patients. According to more and more researches, hypophosphatemia is closely related to mostclinical diseases. In this paper, the relationship between hypophosphatemia and related diseases is described in the latest research lit-erature, which will help clinicians better understand low hypophosphatemia and reduce the impact of hypophosphatemia on the pa-tients.
