摘要
大学生社团是高校校园文化生活的重要组成部分,从包容性发展的视角来看,当前社团发展面临着社员发展不平衡、社团发展不平衡等多方面的问题。对社团工作创新做出的策略为:社团准入上"低门槛"、成员发展上"均衡化"、社团管理上"科学化"、社团发展上"共繁荣"。
