摘要
针对陈四楼煤矿采区煤仓施工步骤繁多、工序复杂、工序不易衔接等问题,通过不断优化煤仓设计,总结施工经验,提出一整套包含采区煤仓的设计依据和设计流程,并从装载硐室、煤仓仓体、耐磨板安装、螺旋溜槽、给煤机安装等方面研究分析了采区煤仓施工技术,结果表明,采用垂直型、圆形设计、布置煤仓,不仅有利于采区煤炭的临时储存、中转运输,同时有利于采区煤仓的快速、高效施工,且煤仓的服务年限能够与采区服务年限相匹配。
Aiming at the redundant and complex construction procedure, and the difficulty in the procedure joining, through coal bunker design optimization, construction experience summary, a set of detailed design method was proposed including coal bunker construction procedures and precautions. And the district bunker construction technology was analyzed from loading chamber, bunker body, wear plate installation, spiral chute, and coal feeder installation, etc. Results show, the vertical and circular design of coal btmker is conducive not only to temporary storage and transportation of the coal mining area, but also to the fast and efficient construction of coal bunker, the bunker's service life can match with the service life of mining area.
