鉴于井工煤矿开采受地下空间的限制,属高危行业之一,因此煤矿安全管理是重中之重,通过研究分析,90%以上的安全事故是人的不安全行为和隐患未发现及发现后处理不及时所引发,所以风险预控管理是煤矿安全管理的主要手段,也是我国煤炭行业安全管理的新型模式。文章以补连塔煤矿为例,重点介绍了风险预控管理在煤矿安全生产中的应用,主要通过建立和健全安全生产责任制,强化危害因素的深度辨识和管控,建立隐患查治体系和不安全行为查处并严格考核兑现,加强业务保安体系建设等为煤矿安全生产提供保障。

Coal mine underground mining is one of the high - risk industries affected by space constraints, the coal mine safety management is the priority among priorities, through research and analysis, more than 90% of the accidents is caused by untimely discovery and treatment of people＇ s unsafe behavior, so risk management is the major mean of coal mine safety management, which is also the new mode of coal industry safety management in China. Taking Bulianta coal mine as an example, the paper introduces the application of risk management in the coal mine safety production, coal mine safe production is ensured through establishing and perfecting the system of production safety responsibility, strengthening the identification and controlling of hazards, establishing and implementing the examination system of hidden trouble and unsafe behavior investigation, enhancing the business security system.
