摘要
研究天然橡胶(NR)/三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)并用比和相容剂PNE用量对NR/EPDM并用胶性能的影响。结果表明:随着EPDM用量增大,并用胶的物理性能降低,耐热空气老化性能和耐臭氧老化性能提高;相容剂PNE部分等量替代EPDM后,并用胶的相容性改善,随着相容剂PNE用量增大,并用胶的物理性能和耐屈挠龟裂性能提高。
The effects of NR/EPDM blending ratio and addition level of compatibilizer PNE on the properties of NR/EPDM blends were investigated.The results showed that,with the addition level of EPDM increasing,the physical properties of blends were decreased,and the heat aging resistance and ozone aging resistance were improved.With the addition of compatibilizer PNE,the compatibility of the blends was improved.The physical properties and flex crack resistance were improved with the increase of the addition level of compatibility PNE.
