摘要
研究了马歇尔试验击实次数、短期老化、成型压实方法、成型温度几种试验条件对密级配沥青混合料体积参数的影响。结果表明:击实次数显著影响密级配沥青混合料的体积参数,随着击实次数的增加,马歇尔试件的空隙率和矿料间隙率减小,试件的沥青饱和度增加;沥青混合料老化后的体积指标变化规律与老化前一致,随着沥青混合料成型温度降低或老化,沥青混合料的矿料间隙率和空隙率增大,沥青饱和度减小,增加了沥青混合料水损坏的可能性。
The influence of the test conditions on the volume parameters of the asphalt mixture was studied by changing the times of compaction during the Marshall test, short-term aging, shaping compaction method and the temperature. The results show that the times of compaction has a significant influence on the volume parameters of the dense-graded asphalt mixture. With the increase of the times of compaction, the porosity and the air voids of the Marshall specimen decrease, and the asphalt saturation of the specimen increases. The change of the volume index of the asphalt mixture after aging is consistent with that before aging. As the shaping temperature decreases or the asphalt mixture is aging, the air voids and porosity of the asphalt mixture increase, and the asphalt saturation decreases, increasing the possibility of water damage.
