摘要
为了研究贫氧条件下阻燃沥青燃烧时的热重行为,通过试验绘制了阻燃沥青在不同氧气浓度和升温速率下的热解反应特征曲线,研究两者对阻燃沥青热重行为的影响。试验结果显示:有氧条件下,阻燃沥青燃烧时存在2个失重阶段,分别发生在350℃~600℃之间和600℃之后;阻燃沥青燃烧率随升温速率的增大大幅提高;随着升温速率的增大,TG曲线和DSC曲线逐渐向右偏移,出现明显的燃烧滞后现象。
In order to study the thermogravimetric behavior of flame-retardant asphalt in the combustion process under oxygen-depleted condition, the pyrolysis reaction curves of flame- retardant asphalt at different oxygen concentration and heating rate were plotted to study the effect of both on the thermogravimetric behavior. The results show that there are two weight loss stages during the combustion of flame retardant asphalt, which occur when the temperature is between 350℃ and 600℃ and higher than 600℃ ; the burning rate of flame retardant asphalt increases greatly with the increase of heating rate; when the heating rate becomes higher, the TG curve and the DSC curve gradually shift to the right, and the obvious combustion hysteresis appears
