摘要 针对旧水泥混凝土路面改造出现反射裂缝的问题,以YL路旧水泥路面改造工程为依托,调查研究水泥路面损坏状况,提出3个不同改造方案:直接加铺AC(沥青混凝土);多锤头破碎后加铺水稳层和AC;共振碎石后加铺AC。从技术、费用、社会效益等多个角度进行对比分析,结果表明:共振碎石化技术具有施工质量佳、工期短、造价低以及社会效益好等特点。 In view of the problem of reflective cracks in the reconstruction of existing cement concrete pavement, the reconstruction project of YL Road was taken to investigate the damage condition of its cement concrete pavement. Three different transformation programs were put forward, including the direct overlay with asphalt concrete, crushing with multi-head hammer and paving cement stabilized macadam and then asphalt concrete, and applying resonant crushing technology and placing asphalt concrete afterward. A comparison was conducted in aspects of technical advantages, costs and social benefits, and the results show that the resonant crushing technology is characterized by good construction quality, short construction period and substantial social benefits.
