摘要 针对世界范围内普遍存在的因车辆超载所致的公路桥梁结构出现不同程度的损坏现象,提出对有缺陷的桥梁进行安全评估和加固补强,结合深圳平湖编组站大桥加固工程实例,系统介绍了预应力加固锚固齿板的施工工艺,总结出一套体外预应力锚固装置施工的关键技术,并且指出施工过程的重难点与解决措施,以期为相关工程的设计与施工活动提供参考。 Aiming at the ubiquitous phenomenon of damage to the highway bridge structure caused by vehicle overload, the necessary to carry out safety assessment and reinforcement of defective bridge was emphasized. Combined with the reinforcement of the bridge located in the Pinghu marshalling yard in Shenzhen, the construction technology of anchor plate with prestressed reinforcement was introduced, and the key technologies for the construction of externally prestressed anchors were summarized. The difficulties in construction and solutions were pointed out, which provides reference for the design and construction of similar projects.
