Introduction and development for KR desulfurizer production process

介绍了KR脱硫剂生产线工艺流程,分析了整个工艺的弊端,针对其中的设备问题提出了改进方案。结果表明,改进后的工艺能够有效满足脱硫剂对粒度的要求;振动筛不适宜用在KR脱硫剂的生产工艺中,圆型溜槽比方型溜槽更适宜运送粉料。

The production process of KR desulfurizer is introduced. By analyzing the defects of the whole process, the improved scheme of device is put forward. The results show that the improved production process can meet the demands of the particle size for desulfurizer,the vibrating screen is not appropriate for in production process of desulfurizer,and the circular hopper is more suitable for lime powder transportation than quadrate hopper.
