China Transportation Development Strategies Review

交通运输发展战略是国家整体战略的重要组成部分,是国家战略在交通运输领域的集中体现。本文基于我国经济社会发展战略和发展阶段的宏大背景,总结概括了改革开放以来我国交通运输领域最有影响力的四大战略,即改革开放战略、重点建设战略、统筹协调战略和转型发展战略。系统梳理了四大交通运输战略选择的宏观环境、战略目标、战略重点和实施效果,为中国交通运输发展的巨大成就和基本路径提供了战略解释。

Based on the background of China＇s economic and social development strategy and the development stage, this paper summarized the four most influential strategies in China＇s transportation industry since reform and opening up： reform and opening-up strategy, focusing on construction strategy, coordinating strategy and transforming development strategy; systematically stated the macroeconomic environment, strategic objectives, strategic priorities and implementation effects of the four transportation strategies. The paper provided a strategic explanation for the great achievements and basic path of China＇s transportation development.
