摘要
高速铁路电务设备状态良好是高速铁路服役安全的重要保障。在当前我国高铁运营里程快速增长、网络化运营条件日趋成熟的背景下,迫切需要对高铁电务系统服役安全、维护管理等相关问题展开研究。本文通过对我国高铁电务系统的维护管理现状进行梳理分析,提出将高铁电务设备维护划分为混合管理下高铁专业化、三位一体、委外三种维护管理模式,并分析各种模式的优缺点。总结提升电务维护管理水平的先进管理经验,对实行小车间大工区模式,厂家、电务段、工区三级维护责任模式和运管修一体化模式等三个方面进行论证。
The state of high-speed railway signal equipment is always in good health and operating status, that is an important guarantee for high-speed rail service safety. In the current background of China's high-speed rail operation mileage and the network operating conditions maturing of rapid growth high-speed railway urgently needs to study high-speed communication system security service, maintenance, management and other related problems. Through the analysis of the status of maintenance and management of China's high-speed railway signal system, it is proposed that high-speed communication equipment maintenance management can be divided into three kinds of maintenance management mode ,which is high speed specialization under mixing management, trinity and outsourcing model. It summarizes advanced management experience to improve signal maintenance and management level, and demonstrates the implementation of a large work area but small workshop model, manufacturers, signal department .Then this paper give guidance observations of our high-speed rail equipment maintenance and management sustainable development of signal service level.
