批量整理和分析专利司法案件数据有着重要的意义。本文以医药领域为例,介绍了Openlaw和Patentics的优点,以及联合运用两个数据库,实现发明专利创造性的全部司法案例的下载及自动标引,以满足后续对这些案例数据进行创造性统计、分析。

Batch processing and analysis of patent justice case data are of great significance. Taking pharmaceutical case for examples, this paper introduces the advantages of Openlaw and Patentics, as well as the simultaneous use of this two databases, aiming to download and automatically index all the judicial cases concerning the inventive step of invention patents, and to meet the needs of the following statistics and analysis.
