叉车整机系统的可靠性分析

摘要 对工程机械整机系统的可靠性分析,一直以来都是研究的重点。以叉车为例,首先分析叉车的系统组成和结构,分别建立基本可靠性和任务可靠性框图,然后将模糊数学理论与可靠性理论相结合,研究基于专家经验的系统可靠性模糊评价方法,探讨了综合评分的模糊方法,最后从基本可靠性和任务可靠性两方面对叉车整机系统进行模糊分析与评价。 Engineering machinery varieties, wide application, reliability analysis of the engineering machinery complete systems, has long been a research focus. Engineering machinery machine system reliability analysis can be divided into basic reliability analysis and reliability analysis. In engineering machinery forklift, for example, by analyzing the system composition and structure of the forklift truck, respectively established the basic reliability and mission reliability block diagram, and then combining the fuzzy mathematics theory and reliability theory, the research based on the experience of the expert system reliability fuzzy evaluation method, fuzzy comprehensive score method is discussed, fnally from the two aspects of basic reliability and mission reliability fuzzy analysis and evaluation in forklift truck engine system.
