摘要
本文采用刚柔耦合动力学分析方法,计算臂架在最不利的工况下的应力分布状态和大臂俯仰油缸载荷的时间历程曲线,为臂架的结构设计提供有力依据。
The boom system is important in the process of concrete wet spraying machine construction actuators. In construction process in order to adapt to different working condition, must by the boom system each part of the oil cylinder and oscillating motor together action, in the process of work because of the oil cylinder and the motor start and stop the acceleration of each are not identical, must cause the arm frame vibration, makes the injection and oil cylinder is not allowed overload, may also made the very big stress for short periods of time, boom boom caused by fracture. In this paper, using the coupled dynamic analysis method, calculate the boom under the most unfavorable conditions of stress distribution and the time course of the big arm pitching cylinder load curve, to provide powerful basis for the structure design of boom.
