摘要
目的 :研究氟对唾液过氧化物酶活性的影响。方法 :测定不同pH条件下 ,不同浓度 (0 .0 5~10 .0mmol/L)的氟离子 (flurideion ,F-)对牛乳过氧化物酶 (lactoperoxidase,LP)和唾液过氧化物酶 (salivaryperoxidase ,SP)活性的影响。结果 :在酸性条件下 (pH≤ 6 .5 ) ,当F-浓度≥ 0 .1mol/L时 ,可对LP和SP活性发生抑制作用 ,且呈pH和剂量依赖性 ,pH值越低 ,F-浓度越高 ,抑制作用越强。当pH =5 .0时 ,LP活性被抑制 90 % ,SP活性被抑制 4 0 %。结论 :酸性条件下 ,F-对口腔过氧化物酶活性有抑制作用。
AIM:To investigate the effect of fluride ion(F -) on oral peroxidase activity. METHODS: The effect of different concentration of F - (0.05~10.0 mmol/L) on lactoperoxidase(LP) and saliva peroxidase(SP) at different pH were determined. RESULTS: The inhibition was observed only at pH≤6.5 and with F -≥0.1mmol/L. The inhibition is in pH and dose dependent way. The effect was stronger with lower pH and higher F -concentration. At pH 5.0 the activity of LP was inhibited up to 90% and SP activity was inhibited up to 40%. CONCLUTION: Fluride can inhibit the peroxidase activity in acid condition.
