摘要
在长期快速的城市化发展过程中,上海存留了很多工业用地。根据上海市政府颁布《关于本市盘活存量工业用地的实施办法》(沪府办[2016]22号),以杨浦区军工路1300号工业用地转型为例,结合规划实践,探讨上海存量工业用地转型的规划方法,推动上海存量工业用地在产业升级、空间优化、管理机制等方面发生改变,促进产业升级,完善公共服务配置,提升城市品质。
During the long- term rapid urbanization development process, Shanghai has retained a lot of industrial area. According to the "Implementation Method for Efficient Utilization of Retained Industrial Area in Shanghai" (Shanghai Government Office [2016] No.22) promulgated by Shanghai Municipal Government; take the industrial area transformation of Jungong Road No.1300 in Yangpu District as an example: combine with planning practice; this article explores the planning method for the transformation of Shanghai's retained industrial area: promotes the change of the industrial upgrading, space optimization, management mechanisms and other aspects for Shanghai's retained industrial area; accelerates industrial upgrading: improves public service confignration and enhances urban quality.
