摘要
目的:探究团体心理治疗对青少年网络游戏障碍的疗效。方法:将40例诊断为网络游戏障碍的青少年随机分入干预组(20例)和对照组(20例);两组均接受4个月的舍曲林治疗;在此基础上,干预组同时接受为期4个月的团体心理干预,每次干预时间为1 h,每周1次,共计17次。干预前、干预结束时、干预结束后第1、3和6个月末分别给予每周上网时间报告、网络成瘾测验(IAT)和Zung氏焦虑自评量表(SAS)测定。结果:重复测量方差分析显示,两组IAT、SAS评分及周上网时间具有显著组别主效应、显著时间主效应以及显著组别与时间交互作用(P均<0.05)。结论:团体心理治疗可改善网络游戏障碍青少年的上网时间及焦虑症状,且有利于药物治疗后的长期康复和预防复发。
Objective: To explore the effect of group psychotherapy on internet gaming disorder of adolescents. Method: Fourty cases of adolescents diagnosed with internet gaming disorder(IDG) were randomly divided into intervention group(n = 20) and control group(n = 20). Both the intervention group and the control group were treated with sertraline for 4 months. The intervention group accepted group psychotherapy at the same time. The intervention went 1 h each time,once a week,total 17 times. Evaluate the curative effects by using weekly online time recording,internet addiction test(IAT) and Zung's self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) before treatments,at the end of treatments,at the end of the first,third and sixth month after treatments. Results:The repeated measurement analyses indicated that there were significant main group effect,main time effect and group × time interaction effect on IAT scores,SAS scores and the weekly online time,suggesting the decreases over time of IAT scores,SAS scores and the weekly online time in the intervention group were greater than those in the control group(all P 〈0. 05). Conclusion: Group psychotherapy can relieve the anxiety of adolescents with internet gaming disorder,and is beneficial to the long-term rehabilitation and relapse prevention of internet gaming disorder.
