激光根管消毒的应用研究

Applied study of root canal sterilization by laser

激光具有杀菌消毒、去除玷污层清洁根管、熔融牙本质产生封闭效应及减轻根尖周组织炎症的作用 ,有利于高质高效完成根管治疗 ,具有应用潜力。本文着重对激光的杀菌消毒作用及应用的安全性进行综述。

Laser has the function of sterilizaton, can remove the debris and cause melting of canal dentin to clean the canal wall, and also can release the inflammation of pereapical tissue. These indicated that the laser has an encouraging future in clinical application of root canal therapy with higher quality. This article gives the summary of its sterilized effect and the safety of application of the laser.
