通过对DZ1型转向架结构特点和组装技术要求的分析,明确了RF2型车轴磨削、轮对压装、轴承压装、交叉杆组装等的工艺重点与难点,并针对工艺重点与难点制定了相应的工艺措施,保证了转向架的组装质量。

By analyzing the structure features and assembly technology requirements of DZ1 bogies,such key technological points and difficult points as RF2 axle grinding and cutting,press mounting of wheelsets,press mounting of bearings and the assembly of cross-braced rod are clarified.Furthermore,in view of the key technological points and difficult points,relevant technological measures are taken,and the assembly quality of bogies is ensured.
