美术院校学生自由职业的就业指导试析

On the Vocational Guidance of Self-employed In Academy of Fine Arts

自由职业是近年我国美术院校学生毕业择业的重要趋势。本文通过归纳自由职业的特点及毕业生选择自由职业的现状,进一步分析美术专业毕业生选择自由职业的原因。在探究高校传统就业指导工作理论与实践难以满足自由职业毕业生需求的基础上,提出做好自由职业者就业指导工作需要依靠加强就业指导队伍建设、改革就业指导课程的措施,协助毕业生制定长远职业生涯规划及增强档案意识,共同搭建自由职业互助合作平台。

Self-employed has become popular with the graduates from academy of fine arts in recent years. The paper starts with making a summarization of the characteristics of self-employed and the present situation of the graduates choose to self-employed, then deeply analyzes why the graduates would like to self-employed. In making a study with the difference between the traditional vocational guidance in colleges and the needs of self-employed, the paper suggests that we should improve the construction of the vocational guidance team and reform the vocational guidance courses. To get better, we should help the graduates to make the long-career planning and enhance their awareness of student file, build a cooperation platform together.
