高职院校家庭经济困难学生占在校生人数的比例越来越高,本文拟采用问卷调查与访谈法,在充分了解高职院校家庭经济困难学生的现实状况基础上,通过对其进行SWOT分析、建立个人就业指导专项档案、为其提供专业的职业测评及全程化的就业指导服务等"四步法"的个性化就业指导,有效帮助这一群体正确认识自我,提升个人综合职业素养与职业能力。
