摘要
本文通过对A高校农科专业紧缺人才就业工作实际的梳理,发现农科专业紧缺人才校园招聘存在"招聘就业两难"、用人单位恶性竞争和性别歧视等问题,提出通过创新招聘方法解决用人单位燃眉之急、增加人才供给解决行业人才供给不足和提高就业服务质量促进充分就业的应对措施,以满足"社会需才、学校育才、学生成才"的需要。
In this paper, through practical work in the A University of agricultural professional talent shortage combing, found agricultural professional talent shortage "campus recruitment employment dilemma, employers vicious competition and gender discrimination and other issues, put forward measures to deal with the employer urgent, increase the supply of talent to solve industry talent shortage and improve employment services the quality of promoting full employment through innovative recruitment methods, to meet the needs of the society, the school, the students need to educate talents".
