城市住房与社会空间的对应关系及区位差异性

Research on the Correlation and Spatial Variation between Urban Housing Characteristics and Social Space

构建城市住房特征与社会空间质量的综合评价体系,以广州市1364个社区为案例,分析其住房特征与社会空间的对应关系及区位差异性。结果表明,住房特征方面,户均建筑面积和住房产权可显著地反映其社会空间质量;社会特征方面,教育水平和职业阶层与住房特征的相关性更强,区位对这种对应关系的调节作用不可忽视。

This paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation system of urban housing characteristics and social space quality. Using a case study of 1364 communities in Guangzhou,analyzes the corresponding relationship and its location differentiation on the housing characteristics and social space. The result shows that,in the respect of housing characteristics,the average floor area and the housing property can obviously reflect the social space quality,in the respect of social characteristics,the correlation between the education level and occupational hierarchy has a stronger correlation with housing characteristics. The adjustment function of location to this relationship cannot be ignored.
